terms of service

- all commissions are for personal use only - i do charge a commercial use fee +30% of total price.-rush jobs are also +30% of the total price.-all commissions will be posted publicly unless requested otherwise.-i have a right to turn down, refuse, or cancel a commission at any time for any reason. if i cant complete a commission for any reason after payment has been made, i will send a refund. if ive already finished most of the piece, i will keep 25% of the full payment.-i accept 100% of the payment up front or 50% up front and 50% before i send over the finished work.-i wont work without some kind of references. the more refs i have, the better! i at the very least need a picture of your character design. i wont accept any reference photos made with ai.-my work is not to be used for training ai or minting nfts.-once i begin working on a piece past the sketch stage, its extremely difficult and time consuming to make major changes. im willing to make as many minor modifications as you need to fully love your piece (within reason!), but major things like changing outfits/poses may require additional payment.-commissions can take anywhere from a day to a month depending on complexity and my life situation. i always strive to get commissions done in a timely manner, but life happens. i will always update you directly with any delays.will draw/wont drawi will draw most things! the only hard nos are extreme fetishes (think hard vore or something) and things like loli/shotacon or extreme age gap pairings. i also wont draw real people without their consent. ill do almost all forms of fanart, ship art, ect. i dont mind things like mecha/vehicles/machinery as long as you provide good references! if youre unsure of what im comfortable with/what im capable of drawing, shoot me a dm and we can figure it out!

procedure/workflow

once i recieve payment (either 50% or full up front), ill begin working on the sketch, working with you to find a pose and composition you like! refunds and cancellations are allowed up until the sketch is finished. example below. (because this was a personal piece the sketch is messy- yours would be a bit cleaner and easier to read.)

after making sure everything in the sketch is good, ill begin rendering, and once the piece is at a stage where it looks presentable enough, ill update you and ask if any changes need to be made (to things like accessories, facial expression, minor details etc.)

once everything looks good, ill finish up the rendering + coloring, go over it with you one last time to make sure everything looks perfect, and send the high quality (4000x4000) png your way through google drive or email, whichever works best for you.
